All products sold through this website are covered by our hassle-free return policies.

If you are returning products for exchange/refund:

• The product condition must be BRAND-NEW - this means never worn nor unpacked. Once you have worn your watch or jewelry, the exchange/refund policy is void. This also means the plastic wrapping around the band of the watches must be in-tact and not removed.

• All products must be post-marked no later than 7 days after you have received your product.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping costs are not refundable. Please insure your return items.

• The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.

• Tampered products will also not be exchanged/refunded. This means if the watches have been opened up, or any other parts of the watch have been tampered with.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by PerfectWatchesOnline.com a within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the item has been opened and worn, our refund resolution department will evaluate each return on a case by case basis.

Please note that for any reasons you may need to return your item, your order and the circumstances will be asses, and a $55.00 dollar restocking fee may be charged to your credit card.
